In particular, the following may be collected:

- telephone number;

- information relating to your existing website;

- answers to the various questions in the form;
- description of your project;
- needs, objectives and any additional comments.
Only data useful for processing your request is used.
When booking an appointment
When you book an appointment via Calendly, the following may be processed:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your business or activity;
- answers to questions asked when booking;
- the date and time of the appointment;
- the information needed to create the calendar event and Google Meet link.
Technical data
During your navigation, certain technical data may be processed by the site or its service providers, for example:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device used;
- technical connection data;
- security logs.
This data is limited to what is necessary for the operation and security of the site.
As part of a customer relationship
When you become a customer, LOP Studio can also process the necessary information:
- to the completion of the project;
- to communication;
- invoicing;
- accounting;
- administrative monitoring;
- possible maintenance of the site;

The site does not currently use any cookies or trackers that are not strictly necessary. If such tools are added in the future, their activation would be based on your prior consent, and none would be activated until such consent is obtained.

Fields indicated as mandatory in a form are necessary to allow LOP Studio to correctly process your request.
If you choose not to provide this information, it may be impossible to respond to your request, prepare a proposal or arrange an appointment.
Other information is optional.
05Data recipients
LOP Studio does not sell your personal data.
The data is only accessible to people and service providers who need it to provide the services concerned. Depending on your use of the site, these service providers may include:
- Lovable, for the hosting, infrastructure and technical operation of the site, as well as the routing of emails sent via the form;
- Google Workspace / Gmail, for electronic communications;
- Google Calendar and Google Meet, for managing appointments and videoconferences;
- Calendly, for making appointments;
- Infomaniak, in particular for services linked to the domain name and associated infrastructure;
- any accounting or administrative service providers necessary for the management of the activity.
These service providers only process data for the purposes necessary for their services and in accordance with their legal and contractual obligations.
06Data transfers outside the European Economic Area
Certain technical service providers may process or host certain data outside the European Economic Area.
When such transfers take place, they are governed by a mechanism recognized by the GDPR, for example:
- an adequacy decision from the European Commission;
- standard contractual clauses;
- or any other appropriate guarantee provided for by regulation.

07Data retention periods
LOP Studio retains data only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In general:
Lead requests and forms
Information may be retained for up to 3 years after the last significant exchange, except when a contractual relationship is subsequently created or when longer retention is justified.
Data linked to a client and a project
They can be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship then for the period necessary for the management of the rights, obligations and responsibilities linked to the project.
Accounting data and invoices
They are kept for the periods imposed by applicable Belgian legislation.
Appointment data
They are kept for the period necessary for the organization and monitoring of the relationship with the prospect or customer.
09Calendly and appointment booking
LOP Studio uses Calendly to allow visitors to book an appointment.
Calendly is a third-party service. The booking module opens in a window on lopstudio.be, only when you click “Book a call”. Nothing from Calendly is loaded before that click.
When the module opens, certain technical data (IP address, browser and device information) is sent to Calendly. The information you enter in the booking form (name, email, any answers) is processed to arrange the appointment.
Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies in that window and manages your consent itself through its own banner. For more information, see Calendly’s privacy policy.
The information provided is processed in order to organize the appointment. They can then be synchronized with Google Calendar and used to generate a Google Meet link.
10Contact form
The information sent via the site form is used only to:
- to analyze the demand;
- to respond to the visitor;
- to prepare a possible proposal;
- and ensure follow-up of exchanges.
They are not used to send a newsletter or commercial communications without an appropriate legal basis.
11Security
LOP Studio implements reasonable measures to protect personal data against:
- unauthorized access;
- loss;
- destruction;
- alteration;
- unauthorized disclosure.
These measures may include:
- secure HTTPS connections;
- access control;
- strong authentication when available;
- limitation of access to the services used;
- updating and securing tools.
However, no computer system can guarantee absolute security.
12Your rights
Under the conditions provided for by the GDPR, you can notably request:
- access to your personal data;
- their rectification;
- their erasure;
- limitation of their processing;
- opposition to certain treatments;
- data portability when this right is applicable;
- the withdrawal of your consent when the processing is based on it.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before this withdrawal.

When you leave LOP Studio to visit a third-party site, the processing of your data is subject to the practices and policies of that service.
LOP Studio is not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
